越来越多的中国人移民美国，不论是求学还是工作，语言障碍都是每个在国外的中国人都必须要攻克的一个难关。自2005年起，我开始在北京教授中国学生英语以及留学生中文，有着多年的语言教学经验，用很多创新教学法成功教授了很多不同年龄段，不同水平的学生。
凡是都需要过程，需要有步骤，语言学习更是如此。
根据我的教学经验，我的建议是遵循这样的顺序来学习。
我建议先集中提高听，说能力，再慢慢增加语法知识和读写能力。
这是每个人学习自己母语的过程。
但是很多中国的填鸭式教育，用完全相反的办法。逼迫学生死记硬背语法，花了大量精力去背没有生命的规则，和做大量的考试题，但是学生听说机会很少，学了很多年英语，也下了不少功夫，最后还是“哑巴”。所以对英语学习失去了信心和兴趣。
任何事情，没有信心和兴趣，都很难收获好的结果。
如果学生能够慢慢开口表达自己的观点，甚至只是简单的生活需要，如果学生能够听懂英文电影的一些片段，听出电视节目上学过的单词短语，会信心大增，这样增加继续学习的动力。

For beginning English learners, I believe that a Chinese student need a English teacher who can communicate them in their first language in a simple and effective way of teaching!
I have the passions of teaching English and the experience to help my Chinese students overcome the language barriers fast through proven and creative English teaching methods.
I also have hands-on experience of working with both adults and kids at various levels.
